Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. You can use this to follow your package through delivery.

Delivery Time


All Pre-made items ship 1 day after purchase.After shipment, please allow 4–6 business days for delivery depending on your location and selected shipping method.


While we work with reliable carriers to ensure timely arrival, delays caused by holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

Store Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
  • By placing an order, you agree to all store policies.

Lost or Stolen Packages


We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.


If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS or your local postal service to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information


We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for covering the reshipping cost.
